How Ordering Works

The 1 Line, 2 Line, and Cross stencils work with fine or ultrafine tip markers. The 3 Line stencil has narrower outer slots, so use an ultrafine tip marker with it.

The standard library has ready-made designs for $. For your own logo (club, business, team) choose Custom. That's $ because each one is redrawn by hand to work as a stencil. I can't reproduce trademarked brand, college, or pro-team logos unless you own them.

No. They're flat, laser-engraved coins: the design is burned into the surface rather than raised. That keeps them affordable, durable, and easy to personalize.

The clip slides onto your hat brim, and the 1" stainless ball marker sticks to it with a magnet. Pop the marker off on the green, mark your ball, and snap it back on.

Our signature 40mm pet coin. Heads shows your pet's happy face. Tails shows them walking away with their tail up, turning to look back at you. Add their name and dates on either side.

Sharp focus, even daylight (no harsh flash), your pet filling most of the frame, and eyes clearly visible. Phone photos are fine. Send the original file, not a screenshot. For the back, take the photo from behind while your pet turns to look at you.

Yes. Check "Create one for me with AI" and I'll generate a tail-up, looking-back image based on your pet's photos. Extra photos showing their back, tail, and markings make it much more accurate. You'll see it in your proof before anything is engraved, and one round of changes is included.

A name and a date fit comfortably on a side. Writing follows the curve of the rim, and shorter is cleaner. Every piece of writing is $ per side, so a name on both sides is $.

A sharp, well-lit photo with your pet filling most of the frame and a simple background. The photo is engraved in shades of gray on white tile, so strong contrast looks best.

Shipping is a flat $ per order, no matter how many items you add. Sales tax is added at checkout.

Payment is due when you place your order. I start designing once it's received, so your spot in line is held from the moment you pay.

One round of changes is included with every proof. Additional rounds are $ each.

I'll send a reminder. If I haven't heard from you within days of sending the proof, I'll engrave your piece as shown and ship it, so please keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder).

You can cancel for a full refund before I start your design. After your proof has been sent, cancellations are refunded minus a $ design fee. Once a piece is engraved it can't be cancelled or returned, because it's made just for you. Custom logo stencils are final sale once design work begins. If something arrives damaged or doesn't match the proof you approved, contact me and I'll make it right.
